Principles of Real Estate Practice in Michigan provides 40 hours of instruction in the national and Michigan-specific real estate laws, principles, and practices required for basic competency as a real estate salesperson, as mandated by the Michigan Occupational Code and applicable licensing rules. The course is delivered by qualified and experienced instructors with demonstrated knowledge of Michigan real estate practice. Course content is based on the nationally recognized publication Principles of Real Estate Practice, which is used by real estate schools throughout the United States, and is designed to prepare students to meet the educational requirements for licensure in the State of Michigan.

With decades of hands-on experience as a broker, teacher, and trainer, my teaching style is practical, effective, and designed to support all learning styles. I focus on breaking down complex real estate concepts and industry processes using real-world examples from my own career, making the material easier to understand and apply. My goal is to help students confidently master the state exam while building a strong, real-world foundation for a successful and sustainable career in real estate.
