I’m John T. Henderson, and I’ve been a licensed real estate broker since 2003 and a dedicated real estate educator since 2019. With decades of hands-on experience as a broker, teacher, and trainer, my teaching style is practical, effective, and designed to support all learning styles. I focus on breaking down complex real estate concepts and industry processes using real-world examples from my own career, making the material easier to understand and apply. My goal is to help students confidently master the state exam while building a strong, real-world foundation for a successful and sustainable career in real estate.

I’m Tom Rich, Director of Courtland Academy of Real Estate and a class instructor with a passion for educating and mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals. I’ve been licensed in real estate since 2005 and became a Broker/Owner in 2012. I hold multiple professional designations including ABR, SRS, PSA, SFR, RENE, SRES, and CFSP, reflecting my commitment to ongoing education and industry excellence. My teaching approach is practical, clear, and experience-driven, combining real-world knowledge with proven strategies to help students understand complex concepts, prepare confidently for the state exam, and build a strong foundation for long-term success in their real estate careers.
